- What state you are in? I was born and raised in the fantastic state of Georgia! I love it here, and wouldn't go anywhere else!
- Your current teaching position. I am currently teaching 3rd grade in a suburb outside Atlanta
- Your teaching experience. This will be my second year teaching. I taught 2nd grade last year. I student taught, and did all of my other field experience, in South Georgia right outside Savannah.
- When you started blogging? I started my blog I think around April! I didn't post anything for a long time. Being a first year teacher and planning a wedding kept me quite busy. I'm happy to be back!
- Share a blogging tip / blogging resource. Don't be afraid to share and be critiqued. I shared so many of my first resources I posted on TpT for free with my first few followers. I emailed them all to them to look through and keep! I got some great feedback and even had some typos I had overlooked!
I'm still waiting on 100 followers so I can do an awesome giveaway! :)
I love your bright blog! I'm a 2nd grade teacher in SC...I'll be in Atlanta this week for a concert, though. Just found you through the blog hop (which I'm going to have to link up with now since I just started blogging in June) and am your newest follower!

ReplyDeleteYearn to Learn Blog
I just found your blog through the blog hop! I am new to blogging as well. I will be teaching 2nd grade this year. My building is under construction and I'm told I can't get in until Fri., Aug. 17. The following Mon. is a Prof. Dev. day for all staff. Tues. is work day and an open house. Wednesday the children begin. I'm in a bit of a panic as well, so I'm trying to get as much done as possible at home and at our CA building.
ReplyDeleteStop on over if you get a chance.

Adventures In Teaching
PS...I got just a little impatient, so I did a 32 followers giveaway. (I never have been very good at following rules...even unwritten ones. LOL)
First off your blog is just ADORABLE! I'm doing a jungle theme this year and am excited to actually implement it. I always have had a few elements, but this year I'm going all out with it! I just made a jungle clip chart to use this year too. Excited to see how yours turns out! :)
